Gene-gene distance matrices The gene-gene distance matrices are 2D matrices that shows all the distances between any two genes within a specific genome that is calculated based on the GenoMesh algorithm. Clustering Results The genome-side clustering results of all possible genes within a specific genome are calculated based on the gene-gene distance matrices (shown above) using the GenoMesh algorithm.
