Help on GenoMesh Searching
This document provides help on the general GenoMesh search using the search box on the upper right corner. The process is simple: just enter keyword(s), e.g., recombinase:
A web page similar to the following will be returned. In summary, this page includes three sections:
- Gene Search. It includes the genes related to your keywords. Clicking a gene name will bring up the detailed MeSH terms, related genes and publications.
- MeSH Term Search. It includes the MeSH Term related to your keywords. Clicking the number next to a species will bring up the MeSHBrowse page, which will show the term in a hierarchical structure and related genes and genes pairs.
- GO Term Search. It includes the GO Term related to your keywords. Clicking the number next to a species will bring up the GOBrowse page, which will show the term in a hierarchical structure and related genes and genes pairs.
