Statistics3754 E. coli genes and 158 Brucella spp. genes (both retrieved from NCBI genome database) are included in this study. 14114 unique MeSH terms are included in the E. coli gene-MeSH matrix and 2390 unique MeSH terms are included in the Brucella spp. gene-MeSH matrix. 7044381 dissimilarity scores for E. coli genes and 12403 dissimilarity scores for Brucella spp. genes are calculated from the gene-MeSH matrices.
